When asked if he would list a lot I had to sell, that very afternoon he went to the lot site and took the most beautiful pictures of it, and by the next day he had an MLS listing with all the pictures as well as research supporting the price of the lot. By the next day, my lot was under a bid war with two sellers. Eventually, the lot sold for over $10,000 more than the original asking price, and within 30 days the lot was closed and I had the funds in my hands.
